Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
We ship from the Netherlands and work with two postal services, PostNL and DPD. We use a cut-off time of 22:30 (PostNL) and 15:00 (DPD). Orders placed before these times can be shipped the same day and arrive the next working day in the Netherlands and Belgium. For other European countries delivery is completed in 2-4 business days, depending on proximity to the Netherlands.
Please note if you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to delays and additional import duties/taxes outside of our control.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Extra Joss does not have any information about your shipment other than what's available via the tracking number that you receive. The fastest route to answers with regard to your shipment is to contact the postal services directly.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Extra Joss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Loss
Extra Joss is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
